They refuse to stand behind their work. Literally the worst plumbers I have ever dealt with. And I’ve dealt with a lot owning multiple properties. In response to the company’s response to the above: This is 100% my experience with Bryan Plumbing. This is 100% accurate. They never called back after I explained the issue twice to 2 different people at the company. This after they took my money and “did the job” and I have had to have 2 people come and fix their mess.

I am an association manager and have used Bryan Plumbing for years for leak repairs and re-piping. I cannot say enough good things about the company. They are professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and responsive. This holds true in emergency and non-emergency situations. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.
