ROBBIE came out on a Sunday for an emergency call and this guy was not only kind and honest, he was also extremely intuitive. He didn’t have a camera to find our leak, but he was able to find the sound in the ground all the way out to the sidewalk. His natural instinct to solve the problem was extremely impressive. I will never use another plumbing company again because I have used this company in the past and when my husband called FG in an emergency, it was a terrible experience. We had another emergency today and I told him he needed to to call Emerald P again and we were so grateful for Robbie today! After today, I am a loyalist to Emerald Plumbing! Thank you Robbie!
David Kelly called ahead to confirm arrival time. Appreciate him answering my questions and doing a great job installing new kitchen faucet. The problems with CPVC pipe came up and I intend to have Emerald's re-pipe experts come take a look before there is an issue. Hire this team! I was in need of a re-pipe at my home, and Emerald gave me the most reasonable estimate, and Dean and his team completed the entire job in one day.
