Just wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had with Emerald Plumbing. We had a new water heater installed and from beginning to end they have been wonderful - from office staff to the gentleman who came out to do the work. Shawn came out the first time- where he was very detailed in inspecting everything and ensuring everything was perfect- he told us we needed to update our amp front the panel. I had few calls out to the office to arrange scheduling and some questions. We finally got everything arranged for the work to be done today. Jeff came out today and did an amazing job - very detailed and within an hour all was set to go. Will definitely recommend and will use for future plumbing issues.
David Kelly called ahead to confirm arrival time. Appreciate him answering my questions and doing a great job installing new kitchen faucet. The problems with CPVC pipe came up and I intend to have Emerald's re-pipe experts come take a look before there is an issue. Would recommend David Kelly and Emerald Plumbing for providing professional plumbing solutions. Service: Faucet installation
Frank Bell showed up on time after calling me to say he was on his way. He solved both issues, one which required skill and tact which he accomplished perfectly and the other which turned out to be a problem he had never encountered before and still he solved the problem fast and efficiently. We love Emerald and Frank was our perfect plumber. We will ask for him again!
