The plumber attempted to repair the faucet but was unable to because it needed a new cartridge that I hadn’t purchased. I have purchased a new faucet, and am hopeful to have them return to install. However, I was hopeful that I might get a slight discount and they said they couldn’t guarantee I would get any discount. Disappointed with that answer after spending $115 for a repair they were unable to complete. Not their fault, I understand, just thought it would have been good business to offer a little something for a return service. Other than that, I was pleased with the plumber’s attempt to fix my problem. Service: Faucet repair
Our water heater went out late one afternoon. Paul Wilson gave us a couple of options and by noon the next day all was taken care of. Friends, fast , and a great price. Service: Water heater installation
