The plumber attempted to repair the faucet but was unable to because it needed a new cartridge that I hadn’t purchased. I have purchased a new faucet, and am hopeful to have them return to install. However, I was hopeful that I might get a slight discount and they said they couldn’t guarantee I would get any discount. Disappointed with that answer after spending $115 for a repair they were unable to complete. Not their fault, I understand, just thought it would have been good business to offer a little something for a return service. Other than that, I was pleased with the plumber’s attempt to fix my problem. Service: Faucet repair

This company is always responsive to my phones call and shows up during the scheduled arrival windows. However, I recently had them replace a solar water heater that was leaking for approximately $1800. After their install the solar portion of my system stopped working. I contacted the company and asked them to come take a look as this was well within their 30 day labor warranty window. I was told by an employee that they did not have solar techs and I should contact a company that did. (They specifically referenced a sticker that was moved from the old tank to the new one and was for the plumber that originally installed the system.) So, I contacted another company with solar techs and had them come out. Per their investigation, when my solar water heater was replaced, the tank temperature sensor for the solar system was not switched to the new tank.
