Had issues with generator not running right, my original dealer would have been months to come out, I called them and they were able to get out “same day!” That was amazing. They looked it over and diagnosed it was gas regulator. Awesome customer service. I purchased maintenance contract with them after two successful services! First issue I had them come out to fix was RPM not steady AP&T said it would always be like that until load was present. I decided to get a second option after three years of living with it like this. Ferran tech came out and within an hour diagnosed the throttle plate was loose causing the rpm bouncing. Part swapped that day and has been running smooth as silk since!
We are very thankful to Paul for helping us with our emergency. He was determined to get our problem solved before leaving. There was a clog in our system that he cleared and without his help we would have been in bad shape. He had advanced technical skills to locate, identify and then fix the underlying issue. He carefully explained to us what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it.
