Mr. AC was recommended to me and I’m really glad they did! AC down in FL in July is no joke and Hector had me up and running same day I called which is incredible! In addition to the qualities listed above I’d say really friendly and knowledgeable. It’s really helpful when a technician explains what happened and provides you with tips on how to avoid problems, which Hector did. I have a new AC service company! I highly recommend them! When my A/C stopped working at 4:15PM today (on a Friday) I thought - GREAT, there's no way I will find a company to come to my house same day. Well I was wrong because MR A/C OF ORLANDO showed up within 35 MINUTES of me calling(!!!!!). Manny gave A+++ customer service, fixed my issue, and left me feeling really confident on next steps to prevent the issue from happening again. I am honestly blown away by the service I received.
