Orlando Leak Detection

Called to help locate a leak in a very difficult area, spent 2 hours searching only to guess incorrectly where it was leaking. If I followed their advice it would have required reframing a load bearing wall...but felt their expert Tony wasn't sure of anything. $325 later his "location service" incorrectly located the leak in the wrong spot...over 5 ft away from actual location. I found it by simply pushing on drywall, it was very obvious the wall was spongy, and started punching holes in the walls till I found it. See the images. I told Brett via text he didn't find the leak, and sent photos showing him where the leak was. No refund offered, no apology, and I am out $325 for a service that was rendered useless in finding a leak. UPDATE after reply from business. NO REFUND received. I included a screenshot of the TEXT I sent clearly telling them it was inaccurately located. It wasn't copper (iron stains on PEX). Clearly we can see from photos and communication who's story is accurate. S
