I’m very happy with the job Nine Square Roofing did at my house. Through the entire process, they were very thorough, attentive to details, reasonably priced, prompt, and caring. As part of the job, I needed some fascia boards replaced. I have an older house and the fascia boards needed to be custom cut. “Super Henry” and his team did a beautiful job customizing and installing them. My house looks like new again! I also had their gutter installation team install new gutters and leaf guards and so far so good… they are working great! Part of what impresses me about this company is that they are family owned and operated. No subcontractors. They apparently take pride in and stand behind their work. Nine Square was one of several recommendations by friends when we knew we had to have our roof replaced. We were able to schedule a consultation within a few days and were provided all of the necessary details and options for the roof. Charles was extremely professional and answered all questions we had during our consult. He also followed up within a couple of days to find out if we had any additional questions while we were making our decision. After selecting Nine Square from the other choices, we were treated in the same friendly and professional manner by Amy as she worked with us to schedule the work. The project was scheduled in a timely manner and when there was a slight hiccup in the agreed appointment time, Amy had it resolved within an hour. The time estimate for the work was 2 days. My roof was damaged during Hurricane Ian and after waiting for 3 months to get in person estimates I soon realized that I was dealing with sales personnel with no real understanding of the roofing process. Though I had 6 in person estimates and 4 digital ones, I was left with more questions than answers. A friend recommended Nine Square to me and once I contacted them, they quickly scheduled a visit with their Roofing Sales Manager, Charles Adderley who came out and assessed what needed to be done. He took very clear pictures of my roof, gutters, chimney and skylights and proceeded to explain to me what the project entailed, and I was taken aback that none of the prior salespeople mentioned the damage to my chimney and skylights. He used diagrams to point out the different roofing terminology and gave me pros and cons of the different types roofing materials needed of which he had all the samples.
