My roof was damaged during Hurricane Ian and after waiting for 3 months to get in person estimates I soon realized that I was dealing with sales personnel with no real understanding of the roofing process. Though I had 6 in person estimates and 4 digital ones, I was left with more questions than answers. A friend recommended Nine Square to me and once I contacted them, they quickly scheduled a visit with their Roofing Sales Manager, Charles Adderley who came out and assessed what needed to be done. He took very clear pictures of my roof, gutters, chimney and skylights and proceeded to explain to me what the project entailed, and I was taken aback that none of the prior salespeople mentioned the damage to my chimney and skylights. He used diagrams to point out the different roofing terminology and gave me pros and cons of the different types roofing materials needed of which he had all the samples.
