Mills Air is impressive in answering service calls and sending someone out soon (next day in both my calls). Although the first technician did NOT solve the problem, Mills Air then sent Leon who quickly diagnosed the issues and proceeded to make everything right. Hired them to do maintenance on my unit, signed up for the twice a year plan. While they were here the Tech said that he could save us money and future wear and tear by installing a Ultraviolet light in the unit for $500 and that would include the 1 year service plan. I said cool lets do it, tech was good and explained everything. Fast forward 2 months or so, unit stops working, fan outside is dead, call the 24/7 number 8:30pm, tech calls me back @ 9 saying he is booked out, call in the morning to schedule service. Well at 7:50 am they called me, proceeded to tell me they cannot get here until Monday, it's Thursday. I said that's 4 days away, that's not going to work. She proceeded to say, well that's the best we can do, I said I'm a returning customer, she said, sorry can't get there any sooner. I tell her well I guess I will call a company interested in my business, she replies, yes I guess so and hangs up. WOW. take the money and run and they give you the cold shoulder (in this case
