After searching for 2+ months of trying to find a roofing company listed with the Better Business Bureau and have a five star rating, I finally found Performance Roofing! This company has been the best company I have had the pleasure of doing business with! I made an appointment for Mr Bruce to come over and give us an estimate, he went well above and beyond! I explained to Mr Bruce that my husband was not happy for the last 2 months of looking for someone to do the roof, the prices were ridiculous, the dates of when they would be able to start we're ridiculous and even their customer service was ridiculous! No one wanted to answer ALL our questions, no one wanted to explain how the work would be done or even how much the final price would be. Performance Roof went well above all that! They answered all our questions, they explained the procedures and how everything was going to go, they gave me a delivery date when the equipment would be arriving and when the work would start! We received a prompt visit and competitive quote but didn't have the roof installed for quite few months later.
