Professional and courteous from the first call conversation to day of install. I bought my first home in 2022. A friend of ours recommended Webster AC, probably the best recommendation ever. We have had the system’s maintenance every year. Since the beginning we were educated on how our current AC system (Lennox of 2016) was not a good system and we maybe looking into replacing it sometime soon. After the intense heat this year, my downstairs unit died. Although the responsiveness is not their strong suit, they made it work for us. It took about 5 days (ultimately a week, since the quote was asked for on a Monday and quote was sent Friday evening— by the time I read it, it was after five)— I had to wait for the following week to give them my approval to move forward. Although they offered me a following Monday install, Laura made it happen for me to get install the week prior! Guys came in aim time and were clean.
