He and his team did an excellent job at fixing our rotting gable panels. It looks amazing now with the horizontal lap hardi planks. They also put in extreme effort to ensure our house was protected. As luck would have it, shortly after demo day, a hurricane was predicted to hit our area soon. Thanks to their diligent work, showing up on time, and powering through the rain, our house was all fixed up right before the storm hit. We are both blessed and grateful to have hired him for this job. Anyone else would have just said it wasn’t possible to do finish before the hurricane. Bob replaced 2 ceiling fans in my lanai. One of the fans appeared defective and I was getting ready to have to deal with the inconvenience of returning it, but Bob insisted on looking it over and he was able to find a loose connector and get it to work. He saved me the inconvenience of having to return the item and possibly have to pay to remove and reinstall the other fan. Great guy, fair pricing and knowledgeable.
