I cannot speak highly enough about RTS, not only as a roofing contractor but overall as a company, especially with our rep, Doug Miles. We had insurance issues, and although it was not his problem at all, he went above and beyond (even during off hours) to see how they could accommodate and help us out. The issue was resolved only because of their swift involvement. Doug speaks to you straight and is very knowledgeable about roofing and insurance companies. He is one of the most responsive people I've ever dealt with, picks up on every call or calls you back almost immediately. Like I said, truly the best experience I have had with any contracting company. I hope to never have roofing issues again in the future, but even if I do, I am not worried because I know exactly who to call. I would recommend RTS a hundred times over!
