We had Stay Dry Roofing install a new roof in early 2021. I waited a few months in order to make sure we didn't have any issues with the roof before giving an honest review. Nick was our sales person. He was down to earth and not pushy at all. We have a little bit of a flatter roof and he gave us two options of a rolled roof or shingles. He sold by explaining the pros and cons of each style, the warranties, options, financing, and of course pricing. He was with us every step of the way, from the initial visit to after the completion. The employees that came to do the re-roof, were very hard workers that completed the roof in one day. They were very respectful when we had to leave and go somewhere. After the roof was installed, they came back a time or two to fix a couple of things and do some finishing work. I called your company this morning spoke to Nick & within an hour got a call back from Carl Smith. Carl arrived at my house within an hour to look at my leaking roof. Carl was very professional, polite, & knowledgeable. He saw the leak in my attic above my garage. He then went on my roof took pictures & showed me that I have one cracked tile around where my leak is. Carl asked me if he could patch it for me because we are about to have heavy rain soon. I of course told him yes! Carl placed a black adhesive protection to get me through the rain until my leak is fixed. I thanked him many times! I asked him what this would cost & he said $0.
