I requested a quote from this company for a roof repair. I had a tech out to look at the roof of our building. He committed to following up with a quote within 2 weeks. Three weeks later, I followed up and was told by the same guy that inspected the roof that he decided not to quote the work because it was a waste of his time. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was hung up on. Incredibly unprofessional.

I met Mr. Tanenbaum this morning while his team was working on replacing our flat roof for a complex built in 1959. They are ahead of schedule, so I am glad we are getting our leaks sorted. These guys start their days so early! Unfortunately, during demolition, my beetle took a hit from debris. Carrie in the office is incredibly cordial, and Tom is very polite about this. Things happen; thank you for making this incident easy to correct.
