He was able to diagnose what was wrong with our water heater and install a brand new on in a matter of a couple hours! We were very pleased with his customer work and our overall experience! Maddox is nice, & easy-going guy. He provided great service, prompt service, and gave us the best education of our fix problem. He corrected and installed all of my toilets & sinks. Maddox & Tim did an excellent job and work well together. Tim did a awesome job installing toilets & sinks connectors in my bathrooms. Cleanup manager Jeffery came quickly for the initial walkthrough. You could tell he was interested in his job and was able to support me work through our water related issue. His knowledgeable help saved me a ton of time and money. To top it off, he still sent a plumber (Jeffery had been honest in disclosing he did not consider himself to be a certified plumber) by the name of Conrad out to check on our situation anyway. Conrad was proffessional and was able to give me some estimates on jobs I would like performed in the near future to update our systems.
