Did a fine job quickly at a very reasonable price replacing our water heater. Have recommended them to family. Less than the 4 stars I would have rated them alone, because while my experience was perfectly fine, the family member had a less than stellar experience with a different tech, even resulted in some electrical issues after they had a similar replacement. Response from the office regarding those electrical issues was... Just way less than helpful. So, short version: can be pretty good and quick, or can be not so great, depending on the tech.

Robbie and Mark came to pump out my septic tank. They are great guys. They are very professional. Robbie answered all of my and gave me some tips on how to extend the time between pump outs. I will be calling Drain Mechanics in the future.
