House temp was 87 degrees - called Nautical and Tom first did some troubleshooting over the phone. He came out that morning and did some maintenance as well as a diagnosis of my AC problem, which requires a new unit due to a significant refrigerant leak. He'll be back tomorrow to replace the unit, and set me up for a comfortable day/night in the meantime with enough freon to get me through. What a nice guy he is. Explained everything, replaced my thermostat, and gave me a great deal without a se
