I lost my AC last night and the house was getting hot this morning. I called Prem-Aire. left a message, and Chris called me back as soon as the office opened. He said he could be here between 10 and noon, which he was. Within 15 minutes he had diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor) and had my AC running. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Prem-Aire and Chris. He is courteous, honest and efficient -- all you could ask for in a AC repair technician.
Chris worked with my schedule, knew exactly what was wrong, and had my A/C back and working within minutes.
Having worked in the business years ago and knowing a ton of people still at it, I wouldn’t have anyone other than Chris come service our system. Top notch guy, all around good person to know and do business with. Our AC went out on a Sunday evening, and like always Chris didn’t hesitate to help us out.
