Had our AC repaired today by Joey Baldwin. Very nice, polite & professional young man. Very thankful it was repaired the same day we called. Been using Platts for eight years now & always been pleased with their service.
I had an ac issue at my home. Called Platt and within 30 minutes a tech is pulling in to my driveway. Robert had the issue mapped before he got out of the truck. He resolved the problem and thoroughly monitored the system after restarting the unit to insure that was all that was wrong. Hats off to the people at Platt Air and Heat.
If I could give more stars I would!!!!!!!!! No AC in THIS WEATHER! 90'S DURING THE DAY - OVER 101 HEAT INDEX AND HUMIDITY OVER 80% DAILY. Joey was out on time to our condo this morning. We have had an ongoing problem with AC "backing up" and not dripping outside. We have had someone out before and they seemed to just put a bandaid on the problem. Joey went above and beyond to identify what was happening over and over and completely took care of it. He explained very well how to prevent this from happening in the future.
