We were in the process of remodeling our master bathroom and had an issue with the sink valves not shutting off the water, as well as a shower valve update and replacement of the shower drain. We called our normal plumber and he couldn’t get to us for two weeks. We called another company and received no callback. We were thrilled when Ken returned our call, kept in touch via text and made time to fix all our plumbing problems so we could continue our remodel. After moving into a new-to-us house, we noticed a slow under-sink leak that could be stopped only by shutting off the entire house. Ken came over quickly and fixed it (replaced a sink shut-off valve). He also installed an instant hot water system for us and found and fixed a bunch of small problems. Installed two bidet seats as well. Super nice guy. Ken also found some issues in the faucet and diverter in an upstairs bathroom. Instead of doing the easy thing by saying "replace them", he did the research to find some spare parts to change internally, which saves a lot of money and also the decor.
