Chardani Roofing was a top notch operation from start to finish. Our first interaction was with Daniel, who visited our home, assessed the roof, explained the process, products, and pricing. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. Alicia in the office had amazing communication, and let me know where we were with scheduling throughout the process. They show up when they say they are going to show up, respond to texts and emails in a timely manner and are honest and up front about the work that is required. Exceptional Service! The crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to our expectations with our roof. I would refer anyone looking for roofing work without hesitation. Workmanship is excellent and customer service is outstanding. Each quality can be hard to come by these days, but having both is a wonderful in today’s business world. Chardani was one of 4 roofers that we had come out and give us estimates. We chose them because they were very competitive in their pricing and also had good ratings here on Google. We are so glad we did! They were very thorough in explaining to us what they would do and how. They gave us many choices of colors and addresses in town where we could go by and look at them on houses! It was very helpful in making our final choice. They arrived on time and set up everything even though we were not home to make our initial payment. When we arrived home, the crew was cleaning up for the day and let us know they would be back the next morning. They worked efficiently and quickly and the roof was done in 2 days! They cleaned up as well as they could (we have an open pool which made it a little harder to keep nails out of the bottom) by hand and also with magnets numerous times.
