Just had a new A/C system installed by Sunrise. This was our third experience with team Sunrise. The customer service and expert field technicians with Sunrise are impressive every time and set the standard for customer satisfaction. In the last 12 months we have had them complete a mini-split install (Garage A/C), complete electrical system/panel upgrade to include generator interlock switch, and now the whole house A/C. I am completely satisfied with everything. Being a prior mechanic with A/C and electrical experience I am tough to please. So when I say just call Sunrise and let them take care of everything I mean it. Prices are very reasonable comparatively, but the customer service and quality of work can not be beaten! Over the past few months I've had issues with my mini splits, getting the run around from distributors, and waiting on parts. Through this whole process, Sunrise Heat and Air have been very helpful, professional, and communicative through the whole ordeal. I would like to also give special thanks to Crystal, who would call to let me know about any updates regarding the parts I was waiting on, and I'd like to thank Jason, who has had to come out to my house on three separate occasions to help me with this problem.
