DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY. Ryon was in my home for less than five minutes & swore at me twice, injured my cat with the door, failed to apologize, and refused to listen to me list the issues we are experiencing. He was NASTY and raised his voice twice, threw a temper tantrum in response to me asking him to conduct himself professionally, then left without doing any work. If you want to be scared in your own home, yelled at by a technician, and not have your a/c serviced, then give this company a call. Otherwise, skip the trauma and hire a professional.

Ryon at Barron's came out today to fix the (very obvious) mistakes another company made. He gave me a 20 minute heads up of his arrival time which allowed me to leave work and get to him instead of a 4 hour window. He even beat me to the house. He fixed multiple issues and was done in under an hour at half the price of the other guy. He took the time to explain what the issues were, how to maintain my unit to extend it's life (we know it needs to be replaced, just don't want to replace it right now.) He gave me pricing for the new unit so that I could budget and plan accordingly. He was nice to my dogs, nice to my kids, and my air is working great. SO APPRECIATIVE! The techs were not knowledgeable about the products/ chemicals they use. Actually said they did not know what was in the chemicals they were using. Just a group of 20 somethings that acted as if they could not care any less. The service was a half measure and they knew better. They just did what they were told and not the right thing. Be mindful of who you hire. At the very least they were polite. Service: Heating system repair
