Brown Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

Our A/C died last night. We called first thing in the morning and requested a technician to come ASAP. The office promised to send someone between noon and two . The technician called at 11:30 and was at our house at noon. He checked the system and shared his findings. The system is 11 years old and we know it is ready to be upgraded. The technician however went above and beyond to find used parts in his truck to fix the old system temporarily until the new one can be installed. He didn’t charge me for the repair and promised to come back if anything else goes wrong with it until the new system gets installed. We purchased the new system from him and the price and quality of the new unit is very competitive .I am a business owner myself and can appreciate a good service, quality and pricing. I’m looking forward to working with them to replace the unit in the next couple of weeks. Jose the tech was helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

When I called Brown Heating and Cooling, they had someone come almost immediately. Due to a heavy rain storm, the representative had to reschedule. (Rain, lightning, working on outside units of the air conditioner - not healthy). They rescheduled for the first appointment the very next day. Jose was very prompt, professional, and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly with a thorough check of the system. Jose was very knowledgeable about his work and explained what he was doing. I would highly recommend Brown Heating and Cooling. If you can get Jose to come - perfect!
