We needed emergency after hours service at our condo. Our guest checked into a hot condo. We called A Superior AC repair and within minutes we received a call from Skylar. He was finishing up a service call and gave me a time that he would be able to arrive. He diagnosed the problem and told us what would need to be done. Unfortunately it involved a part and he wouldn't be able to repair it that evening but said he would be back the next day for the repair. He actually made us the first service call of the day and was able to come out and get cool air flowing again for our guests. Skylar was such a pleasure to work with. His kind demeanor and his knowledge of what was going on was a comfort. He walked with us every step of the way to keep us informed and updated. I would give this company six stars if it was available. I would highly recommend using them for all your air conditioning and heating needs! Thank you!!

We really appreciate that you take pictures of the problems, explain how to fix them and photograph how they were fixed. I am the Maintenance Director for a 22 acre 408 condominium complex on the beach, A Superior has been here multiple times for several different types of air conditioners in several different locations on property. A Superior has answered our calls for service always on the day the call was made, Their service techs are knowledgeable, courteous, ready to work, and leave the area as they found it or cleaner. A Superior has a friendly and helpful staff in the office and they always issue a quote. When i receive my invoice its always very close to their estimate. I would recommend A Superior to any and everyone!!!!!
