In our neighborhood a tile roof replacement runs $34-36k The rep. from Cooper came out and quoted me $124k Tell me why I should not consider that a scam attempt? Are you aware there are enhanced penalties for trying this kind of thing on a senior citizen? The owner of this home is 88. I am going to contact the Florida Attorney General - see what they think.
