Absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone. We called for an emergency situation & the man we spoke to was unbelievably rude. He was hasty from the word hello and then went on to let us know that he would never do business at our property. We were sure to let him know we wouldn’t refer him to anyone else & his response was “okay, great.” So, seems he doesn’t hurt much for business. :)
Called to ask if they did work in Youngstown. Gentleman answered the phone and hung up as he was saying no. Wouldn't recommend even attempting to call them.
This guy is amazing! I called him this morning as my hot water side of the faucet would not turn off and the cut off valve was stuck. He came within an hour and got it all fixed. Very fast, efficient, and fairly priced. I’d highly recommend.
