Charged me $325. Min charge to unclog a toilet. Ended up taking 10 minutes to snake it. I can’t believe they did not adjust the charge but I was told that is their min, don’t jobs take a short time and others hours. I guarantee I will not use them again even though when they left I was told they would mark my account to be charged 1/2 price next time. Totally disgusted with the way this company does business. I also will make sure I let everyone I know about their unfair practices. Service: Toilet repair
Wow, we are so impressed with this company. Everyone from the wonderful woman handling my call, to the technicians, were superlative. We had a semi-emergency right after a holiday weekend; yet, they were able to schedule us for the following day, showed up right on time, solved the issue, and were incredible nice, friendly and professional. I cannot recommend Frank Wood & Son highly enough. A+++++++
