The outdoor water line was leaking at the meter and could not be accessed due to standing storm water. We contacted multiple plumbers and none would accept the job until all the water had subsided which could take weeks. Devon from Royal Flush was the only plumber that was willing to take the job. He rolled up his sleeves and dug out the dirt, pumped out the water and fixed the broken pipe. If it wasn’t for Devon, we would be without running water I definitely recommend Royal Flush. Do not call Royal Flush! I first had them repair toilets - they’re up for a minor repairs. Then they replaced water heater. Brought a 50 instead of 55 gallon one as specified which is a permanent problem as I needed the larger tank for hot tub. Final straw was they replaced the heater in jacuzzi. Did a lousy job and when it leaked shortly thereafter, they refused to service it despite multiple calls. So, if you want a company that doesn’t follow directions, does lousy work and then won’t honor warranty call Royal Flush! Wasted a lot of money with them!
