Great people and great service!
We had our HVAC replaced last March. It was a great experience. Dan was professional and helpful. I recently needed assistance with the programming thermostat. I thought I messed it up. I reached out with my concern and Jeremy came out to double check the settings and that it was working properly, which it was. There was no charge which was a nice surprise. I have had the pleasure of communicating with John, Dan, Justin and Jeremy. They all put the customer first and are great at communicating.
Emerald Coast Air was very responsive, offered same day service and very fair pricing. I’ve used them multiple times and have recommended them to friends.
