Our Commercial A/C was not holding temp for services. A Superior Air came out and found the problem was that we were low on coolant due to a potential leak. They were quick to diagnose, and did a temporary fix while the dye test is being conducted. By the time they left the A/C was cold again. The tech was very professional, and courteous.
