I don't typically complete surveys for good service but this was far beyond good service. Kaylynn was the service technician that arrived at the beginning of my appointment window. The van was clean and her meters are clearly well taken care of. Kaylynn, without knowing more than the AC isn't cooling, literally had the problem diagnosed within 15 minutes and running within another 15 minutes. I was so impressed I asked for a tune up and 17 vent duct cleaning quote. Total bill today was under $200 and the follow up quote was under $2,000. A competitor yesterday quoted $4500 to get it running (but didn't have parts on his truck) and $10,000 to replace two units if I wanted more than a few years of reliability. Having Kaylynn in the field is good business for Advantage and builds client base. Service: HVAC system repair

First off the company responded very quick to my call needing them to come look at my air conditioner and set an appointment right away! The technician was very punctual helpful and fixed my unit pretty quickly! I highly recommend using this company and I will be using them from now on.
