After leaning on a different local company for a while, we encountered new ownership and related changes. Long story short, we called on Bush Air Conditioning based on coworkers' recommendations- so glad we did. The estimate visit was scheduled very promptly and handled very professionally. Yes, the price was great, too. Replacement tech did great (prompt, professional, tidy) and the Trane was doing its job in no time. Based on the helpful office staff, professional sales and repair staff, and very competitive pricing, we will be calling Bush whenever we need HVAC help and recommending them to anyone who asks. Replaced a condenser in a AC unit that was not even 5 years old yet. They didn't try to sell us a system. They just came in with a good quote and fast repair. Even supplied us with a portable unit that kept us cool until our part came in. Robert the on-site technician, went above and beyond and was very professional. Tim was awesome to work with. Very professional and great communication. I called on a Tuesday morning and within a hour or so Tim showed up at my house and walked me through my options. About a hour after Tim left my house he had me a very reasonable quote emailed over. The very next morning Tim had a installation team at my house replacing my system and by noon I was back up and running at full capacity. The installation team were very polite,professional,efficient and left the job sight clean as a whistle. After the installation team left I noticed that my mini split system in my master bedroom was froze up and gave Tim a call and yet again he had a service tech at my house within a hour and roughly a hour after that I was back up and running again.
