Update : Change my overall rating from 3 stars to 2. Amending the "fast" statement to "unresponsive": Thought I would give them another try since I was having issues with the same air handler they worked on back in December although I had mixed assessment the first time. Had a scheduled confirmed appointment at 10am on Friday 5/19/23. Took off work in the morning in order to be there but after no one showed up by 11am I called the answering service to be told that they had multiple "emergencies" and they would be on site later . I told them just to give me a call when en route and I would meet them . Never heard back, not even a follow up. Not sure what they consider an emergency but my air not coming on is one to me. Thank goodness I was able to get it back up and running myself and understand they my be short of tech's but a followup call would have been the considerate and business-like thing to-do Fast and freindly service. Originally quoted $600 for repairs then tack on another
