in my 70s and just had open heart and needed my duct replaced. called Stephens ,sent a man out to give price and was told they would get back to me in less then 2 days. well, that was a week ago still haven't heard from them, choose wisely Service: HVAC duct & vent repair

These guys are terrific. A family owned business that still cares about their customers. My AC compressor blew out Friday after 7 pm and they had a whole new system installed by 5 pm Monday. Believe me that was a feat as they had to attain the unit and install it. I have been using them for 15 years and their service is second to none. Lastly, they have reasonable prices; well worth talking to them for your climate control needs.

I cannot say enough good about Stevens AC. They just replaced my system and I am totally satisfied. Chad and Bubba, the technicians, were on time, worked constantly to complete the install, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost too, it was $1000 cheaper than the other estimates I received.
