I don't write a lot of reviews, but I would recommend Weathershield AC 100000x over. Earlier this year they came to our condo to replace all of our shut off valves, install new toilets, all new plumbing fixtures, and a brand new AC unit. Christina in the office is so responsive and kind, and if you live in Miami you know that is not often the case. The team of plumbers and AC technicians led by John and Justin were timely, professional, and the quality of work they did was above and beyond. This company truly goes above and beyond for their clients. Just last night I had an issue with my master shower, I called their after hours line and was once again connected with Christina at 9pm! She was able to send John out first thing in the morning and he fixed our problem within 30 minutes. Aside from their 10 star service, their prices cannot be beat. We have been customers of Weathershield for 10 years. We owned 4 rental properties, plus our own home. We had Weathershield put new units in every home years ago and have been very happy. We do choose to have them checked every 6 months. What we have discovered is that Weathershield employees stay with their company. Very few companies can claim that!
