Hi, My AC unit broke and I was panicking. We know that AC anything means $$$. My son found this company and I am glad he did. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable. He informed me of all the repairs needed and provided a written estimate. He made additional recommendations but was not pushy. I will definitely use them again!!!
The a/c of my parents stopped working, I called Service Pros of America and they came out not even 20 minutes later on a Friday after 5:00 pm and resolved the problem right away. They replaced the motor which had stopped working. The a/c is now working and cooling like new. They are fast, highly knowledgeable, and efficient. Their response time was immediate. I highly recommend them.
