We experienced a main drain backup without warning on the evening prior to the July 4th holiday. We have used Paramount several times before and have always been pleased with their work. They answered the phone right away and had a team in the area. They arrived about 20 minutes later. Lawrence and Courtney were very professional. They were methodical and thorough, and they made sure that they had fixed everything and that it was done correctly. They were both also very personable.
