They took way too long to install, longer than normal I have seen around neighbors. The tiles that were placed on the roof after delivery were not installed for more than 2 months and some of them fell, the most dangerous thing that I have experienced in my house. This company is very irresponsible. Terrible customer service, salesman Paul and construction manager Katrina are the worst customer service, at first when they wanted to sell they were very friendly after signing the contract lousy service. Very professional team, from salesperson thru project management team and installers; courteous, respectful, did not over promise anything and/or make excuses. Outstanding workmanship, execelleny and responsive customer service, and got the job done quickly and cleaned up the property nicely. Roof looks great! Would strongly recommend.
