I came home from work to the 2 downstairs bathrooms flooded and the shower backed up. I called and in about 1 hour Nick knocked at my door. I made a joke that he was my hero. Turns out he is, he figured out the issue immediately and worked independently to take care of it. I appreciate his knowledge and work ethic. I found a discount on line and he easily applied it. I am so glad I called Roto-Rooter. I should have know it would be amazing because the customer service when I called was spot on, the woman who answered was so great and assuring.
