Air Care Wizard

I just had a new heat pump unit installed by Air Care Wizard. They did a wonderful job! Rocky and Sean were the gentlemen who did the installation. They were very nice to work with and extremely efficient. They called to let me know they were on the way each time which I really like. They showed up on time, another plus. For the estimate, Rocky explained exactly what would be done, the equipment to be used and warranty information. Installation went great, they did everything as promised and did it very well and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Air Wizard to anyone needing HVAC work.

I recently used Air Care Wizard TWICE and was thoroughly pleased with them in every way. Whether it is Gray or Will you will not be disappointed in their expertise and professionalism. i like the fact that they explained everything that they were going to do. They were very efficient and were in and out before I knew it. I was especially pleased with their personal approach and professionalism.... (and their Prices were the best yet $) Cannot say enough about them......HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We had an issues with our 26 year heater. Sean from Air Care Wizard came out and gave us an estimate for a new heater and a date and time to install. He showed up (on time) with his co-worker John and removed and installed the new system in about 5 hours. My biggest issue with the new heater is I wanted it to be much quieter than what we had. The difference is amazing and the quiet is great. They answered all of our questions, showed us how the new thermostat works and cleaned up after themselves. I just want to thank both Sean and John and Air Care Wizard for a superb job!! I would highly recommend them.
