Tom and Tony came out today to fix a ceiling fan that was falling from the ceiling. They found the plastic junction box in the ceiling was not rated for the weight of the fan. They replaced it with a commercial grade metal box and now it is secure. My experience with Hollenback has been wonderful from the initial call to set up the repair visit to the actual completion of the job. Everyone was polite, on time, and professional. We will certainly call on Hollenback the next time we need electrical work.

We have used Hollenback for a couple of years and recently signed a maintenance contract with them. Their Tech, Dean was amazing and we missed him. Their other Tech, Jolean, was knowledgeable and explained our AC needs. I highly recommend them..honest and reliable. Reasonably priced, professional, and knowledgeable. I am so impressed and will send my friends their way...great job guys!!!

First American Home Warranty sent Hollenback to assess our broken HVAC unit after another HVAC company was not equipped to handle the job.. We promptly received a call from their scheduler, who thoroughly explained the process and confirmed our appointment day. Marco arrived on time (actually, earlier than expected-which was greatly appreciated!) and did a complete inspection. Due to the incompetence of the prior company, we were very concerned about the extent of repairs necessary, but Marco was very knowledgeable and explained everything before reporting back to the home warranty company. Parts were ordered and repair appointment was scheduled in a very timely manner. Marco again arrived on time and our repairs were made in a professional manner. We cannot thank Hollenback enough for the superior customer service we received!
