I made an appointment for routine maintenance well in advance. The appointment was for the afternoon. I texted them my updated phone number. The Service Tech was not dispatched. When I called the representative said they don't dispatch if they can't confirm by phone. I told the person I had texted my updated phone number and she said two office people went home sick. I waited all afternoon for them. It's obvious that these people value their time more than the customer 's time. All they had to do was show up at the scheduled time. Blackwell is great at making excuses but not so good at keeping their appointments. Service: HVAC system maintenance

I always receive great service from Blackwell Heating and Air. I recently had need of a replacement AC during the Christmas holidays. Blackwell installed the unit on Christmas Eve to insure we had a pleasant holiday. The entire Blackwell team is has always been courteous and professional each time I've used them. I've been a customer for over ten years and highly recommend them.

This company was sent out by my home warranty service as a technician to fix a toilet and water heater. They came to do the initial assessment and it was downhill from there. This company made countless appointment and never showed up. They claimed to have picked up the water heater and part for the toilet but would not show up to do the repair. They gave many excuses including the company van not being operable. After nearly 2 months of getting the run around, my warranty company finally gave me the option to find my own technician. Worst customer service ever. Beware!
