I always receive great service from Blackwell Heating and Air. I recently had need of a replacement AC during the Christmas holidays. Blackwell installed the unit on Christmas Eve to insure we had a pleasant holiday. The entire Blackwell team is has always been courteous and professional each time I've used them. I've been a customer for over ten years and highly recommend them.

A/C wasn’t cooling properly yesterday, left an after hours message…Tammy called early enough today so I could have my unit diagnosed. Time frame was for 9 to 11. Frank was able to make it out around 9 and made recommendations based on cost effectiveness, age of unit and getting system back in overall good working order. He did a great job explaining options, pros and cons etc. For the work done service cost was fair. I have used BHA for years and am very satisfied. Thank you for the prompt service???? Great service and professional technicians. They only do what they say they’ll do and and nothing extra without your consent, (the way it should be). Their prices are reasonable as well. You owe it to yourself to call these great people if you need your home system serviced. ????
