Certified Roofing recently replaced a roof on a rental property of ours. Since we live out-of-state, we were a little nervous about not being near to observe the work. We are extremely pleased with the work, the communications and the professionalism of all the staff at Certified. From my initial call to job completion was 2 weeks - unbelievable turn around! From the office staff (Misty & Michelle), to the Sales Rep (Justin Key) to the crew (Brian, James & Joe) I was totally impressed with their professionalism, politeness and sincerity in wanting to do quality work. Justin matched my shingle colour wonderfully (given the roof is 15 yrs. old), everyone did what they said they would and in a very timely way. The crew worked well together, they were very polite & respectful, answered all my questions and cleaned up as they went along. Excellent Service! From the first estimate, to getting the job done. Along with the customer service through the office. Not one complaint. We had struggled getting a proper roof on our back room. Since it had started leaking about 2.5 years ago. And once I called Certified Roofing Solutions, I felt at complete peace, that the job would be done completely, correctly and quickly. Which it was. They came out and gave us an estimate, shortly after we called, before the holidays. And there was some rainy weather, too. But, as soon as it was beautiful, they were out here giving us a new roof! Before I got back from taking my daughter to school, they were here working. And they were done, cleaned up, and gone, before I got back from picking her up! They even went the extra mile, and blew out all of the leaves from our carport, which was nice, cause now I don’t have to do it!
