Had an electric emergency and the workers Adam (i think that was his name) and Dustin got here same day and fixed it right up quick and beautifully by the end of the day. The work looks amazingly great quality and they were extremely nice and efficient. Cleaned up as they worked and got it done right. Thank you so much! Really pleased with the job Sam and Devon did on our house. We had a full rewire done to get rid of old, 1950's wiring in the house, and I was prepared for a really lengthy and stressful experience, but what they delivered was far beyond what we expected for the job. They were extremely helpful; Sam answered all of our questions, worked around our work from home schedule, kept us informed of their progress, and consulted with us any time there was something he felt we would want input on. The job required very little destruction, which was both surprising and impressive. Devon said to me before he left on one of the last days, "you're gonna like what I did in the attic," and sure enough, an annoying switch that had been inconveniently located deep in the attic for 20 years he moved next to the other switch at the attic stairs, just because he heard me talk about how annoying the attic was. The electricians came out when they were supposed to , very timely, and did a good job. However, I was not told prior to that they would need to have my electricity turned off. I had a new baby that was taking a bottle every two hours I’m having a generator installed . I was notified one day prior that the generator would be here the next day at five and that was Friday with two hours on either side for then to show.. I stayed home from three until 7 PM. Nobody called and nobody showed up. This company does not stay in touch. You have to chase them around to get information.
