I sincerely appreciate how Economy Heat & Air took care of our needs, they acted attentively and went above and beyond to fix our air conditioning. It’s nice to have someone do the right thing to help the customer and even went to bat with the home warranty company to keep our out of pocket expense to a minimum. With great communication from the start with Dustin, he helped move quickly to get us back in service in this Florida heat and offered to do a follow up visit to make sure everything is working properly….now that’s GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had a couple of AC companies tell me I needed some immediate work done on my ducts. Being somewhat skeptical, I reached out to family and friends for a recommendation on an honest, thorough and professional HVAC company... I was directed to Economy. They were extremely thorough in their inspection. Very professional and very easy to work with. After talking with the general manager what I found was a need existed but certainly was no emergency, nor quite frankly necessary unless I wanted to do it. They did provide a microbial cleaning of my unit and ducts at a very reasonable price. Again very professional and very courteous. If I do choose to do the additional work, be assured I will use Economy. They proved their motivation was customer service and not just a quick buck. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

Devon and Curtis installed a new AC unit. They were great! Very professional and hard working. They even worked in the rain to finish the job. A shout out to Chris as well. He repaired the system before the install and saved us from the sweltering heat. These guys are fantastic. I am very happy with Economy Air. Services: A/C system repair, Installation
