Northwest Florida AC

My home is a new build less than four years old. Since day one they have been a joke. My upstairs duct work was not even sealed blowing air into the attic. They didn’t find that until several service calls later charging me each time. Fast forward to this past week when they advised my evaporator coil in my 4 year old home has a leak and they showed up today to fix it. I have paid this company $955.00 in a week to repair their equipment that was faulty. They accept zero accountability that the crew they sent to build these homes did the bare minimum. Don’t even get me started on how it passed inspection. All that to say SAVE your money don’t waste time on a company who I promise you will continue to do the bare minimum. Service: A/C system repair

Where do I start? The fact that they couldn't make their estimated time because their van broke down? The fact that they used zip ties to secure wires to my AC fan grill? Or the fact when I wasn't satisfied with the results I was given ultimatums of "I can take the fan motor back off" or "what do you want me to do, not use zip ties?" I don't claim to know anything about Hvac, but do I work in the electrical field, and have friends that are in HVAC, so when you tell me it's either this way or not at all then I know you're garbage; but then again, home warrenty companies are known for going with the "lowest bidder". I ended up correcting the wires myself by rotating the fan motor just 90° and reusing the same conduit that the technician and his boss swore couldn't be done. Guess what? Tada! It can be done. Everyone from the front desk to my technician to the owner...first class! My phone call was handled professionally and courteously and with a smile. (Yes, you can hear someone smiling on the phone.) I was able to speak with the owner Hugh and my a/c issue was met with the same courtesy and professionalism and within just a few hours, I was on my way to meet the technician. With it being summertime in Florida and the lack of staffing that ALL businesses are experiencing, I wasn't expecting that. Cason was the epitome of professionalism. He is very personable and willing to answer any questions that I had. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. He REALLY knows his job. 5 stars all the way around!
