They have a great team of lawyers roofers and contractors. Always answer our phone calls and make sure we understand what's going on. I couldn't be happier with their service. I only wish I had found them sooner before getting ripped off by other companies. Oh and they were able to get us out of previous contracts with companies who weren't doing their job and just giving me the run around. The roof is two years old, leaking. I will add pictures in a bit. Elevate has sent out 2 different roofing companies to fix as it’s under warranty. The first company Johnson Roofing told us roof was installed improperly and would have to be replaced. After several calls to Johnson, they informed us they were no longer doing warranty work for Elevate. Second company they sent out said it could be repaired, we have not heard back from them. Elevate gives us the run around. Elevate dies not return our calls. I will add pictures this afternoon when I am at the property! Service: Roof installation
