Ben Goff is a pro, and he has trained his teams to reflect this. Ben was on time for the on site inspection and had several great ideas to improve return air and overall efficiency and comfort - the cost to install an additional return air duct, and to provide conditioned air (with a switchable damper) to a glassed in porch that is only occasionally used was very reasonable. He was process oriented and worked through the entire options list, including taking the time for a collaborative approach to the heating/cooling analysis (his was more accurate than mine), and the final equipment choices. All of this was important to me as I wanted to improve comfort, while lowering heat/cool costs. His team repaired items the original install team missed, including rebuilding the air handler platform, and sealing everything with both metallic tape and sealant. I know a bit about HVAC - this was a first class install!

Met the original Tronu a few times at church long long ago. Great guy, he was very professional and took great pride in his work and company. I am honored to have met him.
