James Simmons pleaded the case for copper wire hard. At the end though, we could afford only alumicon (sp?). As the owner of a $10k septic system that pumps sewage downhill and had an extremely annoying alarm, I have an exceedingly low opinion of county and city building codes. The narrative Simmons described seemed loaded with corruption connected with disreputable alliances of local and state governments with insurance companies. I couldn't afford copper, and did not want to be shamed about it on the one hand, or to be pushed into it by sleazy alliances on the other. Simmons still came in as the lowest quote. His workmen FAR exceeded expectations. People who know me know that I am cheap when it comes to tipping. I am so cheap that I am overjoyed to get poor service in restaurants so that I don't feel I have to tip. But these guys were simply outstanding. I tipped them each $50. I've never done anything like that before and doubt I will ever do anything like that again and don't fee

I would highly recommend JES Electrical and James Simmons and his team for any and all your electrical needs. We purchased a new home and knew going in that we were going to need electrical work done. As a Real Estate Broker in Washington state I know how difficult it is to find great people who are reliable, knowledgeable and have the patience to deal with clients potential meltdowns not of their making. I would not only use JES Electrical again, but once I obtain my Broker’s license here, JES Electrical will be my number one choice if my clients need electrical work. Thank you for a job well done
